FlipTown - Management Group and Record Label
With more than 15 years of management experience, Anthony “Tony” Burton has developed a sharp eye for how a successful business should be run.  Working in corporate America for nearly two decades he has decided to take what he has learned and always known and put that into his new record label, Fliptown Records. For over ten years Tony dreamed of starting his own record label, but time would now allow.  In 2011 he decided to take his leadership and management skills and put them to the work for him.  With his ability to motivate those around him and his knack for problem solving, Fliptown Records is destined to succeed.  Tony is known for making something out of what others believe is nothing.  He has a keen eye for seeing the potential in something when most others thought there was none.  He has a winning mind, a winning sprit, a winning personality, and most of all a winning attitude.  Failure is not an option in his personal life and it is not an option with his entrepreneurial vision. His upbringing in Fulton, KY is what brought him back here to start his record label, Fliptown Records, which is also a nickname for the small city in Kentucky.  His strong family ties and community ties are also another reason why he returned.  Tony has volunteered his time to assist in coaching high school football at Fulton High School in Fulton, KY and on his son’s youth football team in Nashville, TN.  He also worked with former TN Titan Vince Young’s Foundation football camp for two years.  Other affiliations would be with Susan G. Komen for the Cure, as his late grandmother, Alice Burton, was affected by cancer.Fliptown Records is the next big movement in the Hip Hop industry.  The first artists signed to the label are a young Hip Hop group which consists of four members: A1, Unit, Young Chu, and Kollege Boi.  Their first mixtape, titled “Hit Squad Mixtape” is scheduled to be released in mid-October.
